4:15 PM - Jazz Band and Jazz Ensemble members report to HIGH SCHOOL
Load equipment
Dress:
Jazz Band - red band polo, khaki pants w/belt, NO SNEAKERS
Jazz Ensemble - black dress shirt, black pants, black shoes/socks
(tie provided)
4:30 PM - Depart for Northwestern Lehigh MS
**Please note: The festival will be held at Northwestern Lehigh Middle School!
4:45 PM - arrive at Northwestern Lehigh MS, unload equipment
5:30 PM - Jazz Band warm up (Jazz Ensemble in auditorium)
6:00 PM - Jazz Band performance
7:20 PM - Jazz Ensemble meet at holding room (Jazz Band in auditorium)
7:50 PM - Jazz Ensemble warmup
8:20 PM - Jazz Ensemble performance
10:00 PM - AWARDS
10:15 PM - load equipment, departure
10:45 PM - approximate return time to PHS

10:45 PM - AWARDS
11:00 PM - load equipment, departure
