Itinerary for Saturday, October 17 Exeter HS Competition

8:30 AM - Percussion report to the HIGH SCHOOL
9:00 AM - Colorguard report to the HIGH SCHOOL
11:00 AM - Winds report to the HIGH SCHOOL for warmup/rehearsal (students taking PSAT report after exam)
2:30 PM - end rehearsal, pack equipment, dress in uniform enjoy a snack that YOU brought
3:00 PM - depart for Exeter High School
4:30 PM - arrive at Exeter High School, unpack equipment, dress in uniform
5:15 PM - begin warmup
5:45 PM - tune winds
6:00 PM - full runthrough: Winds/Percussion/Colorguard
6:20 PM - end warmups/tuning, line up walkon
6:25 PM - band begins moving toward gate
6:35 PM - band ready at gate
6:45 PM - Parkland performs
7:00 PM - return to busses, pack equipment, change out of uniform, return to stadium
9:30 PM - Awards
10:30 PM - estimated departure time
11:45 PM - estimated time of return to PARKLAND HIGH SCHOOL
