6:45 AM - All Competition Band members report to HIGH SCHOOL
7:00 AM - DEPARTURE
8:30 AM - arrival at Hershey Stadium, dress in uniform, unpack equipment
9:00 AM - begin warmup
9:45 AM - tune winds
10:00 AM - full runthrough: Winds/Percussion/Colorguard
10:20 AM - end warmups/tuning, line up walkon
10:25 AM - band begins moving toward gate
10:36 AM - band ready at gate
10:46 AM - Parkland performs
11:00 AM - pack equipment, change out of uniform
11:28 AM - AWARDS
12:00 PM - LUNCH provided by PHS Music Boosters
12:30 PM - visit Chocolate World!
! 1:30 PM - return to buses, departure
3:00 PM - approximate return time to HIGH SCHOOL
